Overview
DragonShock, a gaming controllers and accessories brand under Orizon, serves customers across the European market with a range of gaming products designed for modern players.
As the brand continued to grow its online presence, its existing store was not delivering the product experience its hardware deserved. Product discovery was difficult, the visual presentation lacked impact, and important product and support information was not easy to access.
The objective was to redesign the Shopify storefront into a premium, mobile-first commerce experience that makes products easier to discover, compare, understand, and purchase. Alongside the redesign, we strengthened the store's technical SEO, product information structure, and performance to create a stronger foundation for organic visibility and long-term growth.

Problem Statement
The existing store had several experience and technical limitations that were affecting how customers discovered, evaluated, and interacted with DragonShock products.
Finding the right product was difficult due to an unclear store structure and weak product discovery.
The store lacked important trust and support elements such as product registration, easy access to manuals, firmware updates, and a clear support journey, helping customers feel confident buying gaming hardware online.
The mobile experience was not smooth enough, with navigation and product browsing requiring improvement.
Basic technical SEO was missing across the store, including page-specific meta tags, image alt text, and other on-page SEO elements.
Individual products had limited search visibility, making it harder for relevant customers to discover them through Google.
Customers had no convenient tracking touchpoint on the store for checking where their order was after purchase.
Customers had no way to compare products before deciding which controller suited them best.
Managing and presenting product content was not structured for easy updates, making the storefront harder to maintain as the catalogue evolved.

Our Approach
We approached the project by looking beyond the visual redesign and focusing on how the storefront could better support the complete customer journey. Our focus was on:
Restructuring the customer journey to make product discovery and evaluation easier and more straightforward.
Balancing premium design with usability, so the storefront reflects the quality of DragonShock's products.
Simplifying product information to help customers understand features and differences more easily.
Extending the experience beyond purchase, with a smoother path to product support and resources.
Creating a scalable Shopify foundation that can support the brand as its product range grows.

Key Solutions
We redesigned and technically enhanced the DragonShock Shopify storefront to create a premium digital experience aligned with the quality of its gaming hardware. The solution focused on making products easier to discover, understand, compare, and purchase while strengthening the technical foundation behind the store.
The new experience combines a complete visual redesign with structured product information, dedicated support capabilities, technical SEO, performance optimisation, and mobile-first implementation to support both customer experience and long-term organic growth.

Conclusion
The DragonShock project was about creating a stronger digital presence for a gaming brand whose products needed a better way to be presented and experienced online.
By rethinking the storefront from both the customer and business perspective, we created an experience that is easier to navigate, clearer to understand, and more consistent across the store. The new foundation also gives the DragonShock team a more organised way to manage products, content, and customer resources.
With the store now better structured for customers, search engines, and future growth, DragonShock has a stronger digital foundation to continue expanding its presence in the European gaming market.
